Job Requirements
General Requirements for All Positions
- Must be 21–45 years old.
- Must have a valid passport with at least one year validity.
- Must possess relevant certifications or training from a recognized institution (for technical positions).
- Must be physically fit and medically sound (medical tests will be conducted before departure).
- Must have no criminal record (police clearance certificate may be required).
- Must be proficient in English (basic communication skills required).
Specific Requirements for Drivers
- Must have a valid Kenyan driving license.
- Heavy Duty and Light Duty Drivers must have at least 2 years of driving experience.
- EX-GCC Drivers must provide proof of previous employment in GCC countries.
Specific Requirements for Technicians & Mechanics
- Must have a certificate or diploma in relevant fields (automotive, mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems).
- Experience of at least 2 years in the respective field is highly preferred.
Specific Requirements for Operators
- Must have prior experience operating machinery.
